MY STORY

How I started

I was born in Costa Rica, adopted and raised in Minnesota. In 2002 my husband and I decided to quit our jobs and head west.... Southern CA has been our home ever since, and we love it here!

I am a former on air radio personality and hairdresser turned stay at home mom to two beautiful children. It was important to us that I be able to stay at home with my children while they are young so I reflected back on my childhood to get inspiration on what I could do to help provide income from home. Ever since I was a little girl I would help my mother and grandmothers bake as a way to show their love for their family and friends. It was then that I realized after getting so many compliments on my baking and my love for parties that starting a home based bakery was the answer! 

That was in 2011, fast forward to today where I have a flourishing home based business and I have all of you to thank for that!  I am  mostly self taught and I am passionate about this industry and always looking for ways to learn, fine tune my skills and stay up to date with all the new trends!

Everything I make is homemade from scratch, EVERYTHING!  I always use fresh quality ingredients and prepare shortly before your event. But it not only tastes great I want it to look great too and it will be customized specifically for you and your event.  You don't know how much it means to me that you are trusting me for your special life events, I take that responsibility very seriously and treat your event as if it were my own!
